2024 Camper Reservations

  • Space will be available for 42 campers.
  • Camper spaces are available on a first come, first served basis. If we receive more requests than spaces available on the first day reservations are open we will draw names for the available spaces. Once all spaces have been reserved, no more reservations will be accepted. Camper reservations will be assigned a camper space number. Campers must be located in their assigned space.
  • The fee for a camper space is $50.00 for the week. Non-payment of the $50.00 fee will result in forfeiting of the reservation.
  • No campers will be allowed before Saturday September 14, 2024. All campers must be removed from the Fairgrounds by 3:00 pm Sunday September 22, 2024.
  • Due to an increase of camper spaces and overall limited space, each camper will be allowed parking space for ONE VEHICLE. Each camper reservation will receive ONE VEHICLE PASS. This pass must be displayed on the vehicle as instructed. Only one (1) vehicle with the required pass will be allowed to park at each camper space. All violators of this policy will have their vehicle towed at the owner’s expense.
