The Faulkner County Premium Auction Sale is governed by the rules set forth by the Faulkner County 4H/FFA Junior Livestock Foundation. This Foundation is a separate entity from the Faulkner County Fair & Livestock Exposition, Inc. (which manages the Faulkner County Fair).
